14U and 16U must be prepared to play by 9:00 am Friday July 11th, 2008

18U must be prepared to play by 3:00 pm Friday July 11th, 2008

10U and 12U must be prepared to play by 9:00 am Saturday July 12th, 2008

Location: Fred Beekman Park (14U, 16U, 18U) and Coffey Road Park (10U, 12U, some 14U pool games on Friday) 
All locations are on the campus of The Ohio State University

Format: Four-Game Guarantee, Double Elimination Tournament
ASA Sanctioned and Umpired Tournament - Tournament Rules are attached below

Entry Fee: $475
Checks and money orders only, to be made out to: “Ohio Stingrays Showcase”
No refunds will be given after teams have been accepted into the tournament field.

Selection process will not begin before this date.
Selections will not be done on a first come, first served basis.

Tournament Field: Many criteria will be used to determine the final tournament field. Every year it is a painstaking process that we approach with a great deal of effort. However, due to the increasing number of applicants, we will not be able to provide teams with individualized explanations of why they were not accepted into the tournament field. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking Fee: Ohio State may charge for parking in the campus lots during our tournament this summer. Once we receive more information, we will pass it along.
